The Birdhouse is a modern woodfire restaurant and distillery located in the heart of Michinbury at an old vineyard. Easily accessible through the Western Motorway or the Great Western Highway, with their own private parking and nearby street parking. You will be able to enjoy delicious, handcrafted cocktails, wines and local beers in a beautiful rustic setting, with a cozy atmosphere surrounded by nature. You will love their signature cocktail: The Botanist, decorated with some nature in a nature setting.

However, you cannot miss out on Goodness Gracious, Great Balls of Fire! and Strawberry Fields Forever. If you think these names are fun, just look at the serving and presentation. Isaac (the Legend, bartender and designer of the drinks’ menu) will also be able to recommend you delicious drinks depending on your taste.

When you come to the Birdhouse, one thing you cannot miss out on is Potatoes. Potatoes, potatoes, potatoes. We are not an easily pleased crowd, and our mouths water from thinking about these potatoes. These Duck Fat potatoes are the main reason you will return to the Birdhouse, seasoned with *drum roll* duck fat, parsley and garlic baked in a woodfired oven *chef’s kiss*.

Equally important, are some must haves at The Birdhouse, and I promise I’m trying not to mention the entire menu:
