Escape the hustle and bustle of Sydney and explore Calmsley Hill City Farm – a unique, interactive farm experience allowing you to get up close to farmyard animals.

For the ultimate farm experience for families and children you don’t need to go out bush, just head out to Calmsley Hill City Farm in Abottsbury. Located on over 400 acres, there’s so much to see and do on the farm. From hand feeding the nursery animals, joining in on the shows and demonstrations, tracker rides and so much more!

MEET THE ANIMALS

There are a number of exhibits to explore, with the farm home to a variety of native and farmyard animals including; koalas, wombats, kangaroos, native birds, alpacas, ponies, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, ducks, goats, sheep, lizards, dogs, cats, cows, pigs, piglets, horses and so much more. You can also purchase feed and get up and close to the animals.

daily shows

Calmsley Hill City Farm runs daily animal shows and demonstrations providing education information about native and farmyard animals. The shows include; cow milking, working dog, stockwhip, sheep searing and more.

facilities

There are onsite bbq facilities so that you can bring your own food and picnic tables. There’s also an onsite cafe, playground and amenities. The farm offers kids parties and camping packages too.

getting there

Located just off the M7, at Elizabeth Drive in Abbotsbury. Calmsley Hill City Farm is only a stone throw away from most suburbs in Western Sydney. There is plenty of on-site parking and the 806 and 808 buses stop out the front.
