Roles Available:
We are currently looking for all levels of Residential Property Management, including:
Entry-Level Property Managers: If you’re eager to learn and have a keen interest in real estate, we’ll provide the training and guidance you need to grow.
Experienced Property Managers: For those with a background in property management, we offer a dynamic environment where you can further hone your skills and make a significant impact.
Senior Property Managers: Lead and mentor others while overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
Maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners
Conduct property inspections and arrange necessary repairs
Handle tenant inquiries, leasing, and renewals
Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws
Requirements:
Passion for real estate and property management
Assistant Agent/Licence qualification or a willingness to obtain
Reliable car and driver’s licence
Previous experience (for senior roles) or a willingness to learn (for entry-level positions)
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
A dedication to providing excellent customer service
Ability to work on Saturdays (with one day off during the week)
