ifly indoor skydiving & freak virtual reality
Have you tried Indoor Skydiving before? iFLY Downunder in Penrith, is not just for the kids, and we think that mum and dad should jump in too! You’ll lean into the column of air with your instructor to guide you, and be lifted into flight. It’s safe and thrilling at the same time, and although your first flight might be a blur of excitement, you’ll start to get the hang of it all on your second flight, maybe even learning to move up and down.
We recommend the iFLY Value package as you’ll get double the airtime of their basic package and if there’s more than two of you flying, you can grab this package for the price of the basic and save $35pp these school holidays. Another reason for mum to fly too! The High Fly add-on is the ultimate rush as the instructor takes hold and blasts you towards the top of the 13m wind tunnel and back down again – this is only available in certain sessions, so book early to make sure you’re in a High Fly session.
iFLY Downunder will be hosting the Australian Indoor Skydiving Championships in August and we’ve been told you could be ready to join a team if you start flying this Easter! If you’ve flown in the past 6 months, the discounted iFLY Fast Track return will, well… Fast Track your skills as the name suggests, and you’ll soon be ready to share the air and fly with friends.
Make a day of it and add FREAK Virtual Reality to your booking – blast ghosts, shoot zombies or try a virtual escape room! FREAK is suitable for kids age 8+ and also makes a great birthday party option for teens. You’ll find FREAK under the same roof as iFLY.
