The Shack prides its menu on dishes that are made from the freshest and most natural ingredients. From vibrant salads bursting with seasonal produce to hearty acai bowls, all day breakfast options, protein pancakes and shakes, smoothies, burgers and more. The cafe is committed to serving whole, nutritious food with all meals made on site.

The Shack, owned by Stephen Ajami, started the business to provide a cafe that made it easier and more enjoyable to maintaining a social life while on a nutritious diet. The Shack aims to create an enjoyable experience for everyone, no matter their diet or lifestyle choice.
He spent $50,000 on the makeover as part of a vision to improve the Penrith’s social life and culture. Ajami hired a Melbourne-based street artist Billie Jean to help with the design which took around four weeks and 14 hour days to complete.
There are five The Shack locations across NSW including the newly revamped Penrith cafe.
