This April, Bankstown Central is inviting little shoppers to step into a world built just for them with the launch of Mini Bankstown – an all-new, interactive mini replica of the shopping centre, designed to spark creativity, encourage imaginative play, and make the school holidays unforgettable.
Running from Saturday 12 April to Sunday 27 April (excluding Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and ANZAC Day), Mini Bankstown transforms the traditional shopping trip into a hands-on adventure through three engaging and delightfully themed zones:
Fashion Zone – Kids can unleash their inner style icon as they dress up and strike a pose in a mini fashion studio.
Café Zone – A creative outlet where children can design their own coffee cup, sip on a complimentary babyccino, and surprise mum or dad with a little treat.
Supermarket Zone – Let the little ones play grown-up and experience the excitement of grocery shopping in a pint-sized store setup.
Each session is free with any in-centre purchase and runs 45 minutes (15 per station) each, for kids aged 2-12 accompanied by a parent or guardian. Simply present your receipt at the registration desk on the day to secure a spot, with sessions running from 10am to 2pm daily.
In a first for Bankstown Central, Mini Bankstown will be staffed by qualified childcare professionals – not just promo staff – to ensure a safe, supportive and enriching environment where creativity can flourish and imaginations can run wild.
