Who should attend?
COSP™ is for all caregivers with children aged between 4 months to 6 years. It is primarily designed for caregivers with who a child/ren has a primary attachment with. This usually means their parents (including step-parents) but also includes anyone who spends a significant time caring for the child/ren including grandparents, aunts and uncles.

What is the course about?
At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
How long does the course run for?
The course runs for 8 weekly sessions which builds from week to week. Each session lasts approximately 60 – 90 minutes.

• Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs
• Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
• Enhance the development of your child’s self esteem
• Honor your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure
• Group session spots are limited to 3-5 parents / caregivers
